" Immersive video projected on barrels and tasting. In the heart of the cellar. "
In Gertwiller, the land of the Klevener de Heiligenstein, Maison Zeyssolff has created a "wine area" in the old cellar. This original, cultural and playful place presents objects from the past through a contemporary decoration, where scenography, tasting, shop and dining bar are combined. Following the estate's complete organic conversion and the renovation of the cellar in the summer of 2020, a new scenographic space has been opened in the cellar with its hundred-year-old tuns. It is an immersive experience with 180° video projected directly onto the barrels and sound work, a film about the rather rich family history, and the working philosophy. One of the barrels was made in 1897 for the Paris World Fair. Available on other days from Monday to Sunday - please contact us.
